PULASKI AND SOUTHEASTERN ROCKCASTLE COUNTIES...

AT 319 PM EDT...DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED THUNDERSTORMS PRODUCING VERY
HEAVY RAIN CONTINUING TO MOVE ACROSS THE WARNED AREA. DOPPLER RADAR
HAS INDICATED THAT PORTIONS OF THE WARNED AREA HAVE RECEIVED BETWEEN
1 AND 2 INCHES OF RAIN BETWEEN 2 AND 3 PM. UP TO AN ADDITIONAL INCH
OF RAIN IS EXPECTED TO FALL ACROSS THE AREA BETWEEN 3:30 AND 5 PM.
EXCESSIVE RUNOFF WILL CAUSE FLASH FLOODING OF CREEKS AND STREAMS...
ROADS...AND ROADSIDE CULVERTS.
